OPPORTUNITY
new strategy ‘Advancing Melbourne 2030’, the HR function at Melbourne University sought a partner to support them in reviewing the strategic needs and readiness of the HR Division. Specifically, the work sought to advise on the most appropriate operating model, strategic objectives, capability and key processes to enable functional excellence into the future.
