OUR GLOBAL FACILITATION FOOTPRINT
We have a global team of leadership and capability experts, to deliver programs and experiences on location. Beyond that, our team is mobile and regularly traveling to sites to deliver our experiences, ensuring we can reach diverse workforces – in both location and profile, to drive behaviour change at scale - wherever they may be.
Spring Point is currently partnering with DP World in the design and delivery of its global leadership development program. With a workforce of 110,000 people, the program goal is to establish the core leadership capabilities required to achieve an aspirational strategy. With topics spanning self-leadership, leading teams and others, and business and strategic leadership, the program is establishing a consistent leadership language and practices to drive the future of the organisation.
We are currently deploying the program to Senior Leaders, Frontline Leaders, and Frontline Workers across the world, with programs currently taking place in the UAE, North America, South America, the UK, Germany, South Africa, and more. The ability to deploy programs at scale, and concurrently, is enabling us to create a tipping point of change, and truly embed new skills and practices at scale, across DP World.
