Tia Van Heurck

As a Provisional Psychologist currently studying her Masters in Organisational Psychology, Tia is fascinated with all things culture as well as emerging ways to optimise employee engagement and wellbeing.

With exposure to multiple industries (recruitment, executive leadership, occupational health and safety) and a thesis focussed on personality profiles when working from home, Tia values leveraging individual ways of working to get the best response to wider change.

Outside of work, Tia strongly believes that this year Carlton will win the flag. It might be best not to approach her in October if things go sideways.
