Phuong (she/her) is an emerging Provisional Psychologist completing her Master of Psychology (Organisational) at Deakin University.
Phuong cares about making the world of work a better place and is driven by a passion for human centered and evidence-based practice. This has drawn her towards impactful work spanning systemic workplace change, workplace diversity, leadership development, organisational design, recruitment, and psychometric assessment development.
As part of her studies, Phuong is working on a thesis to deepen our understanding of women’s influence as directors serving on Australian boards.
In her spare time, Phuong is an avid hiking and camping enthusiast who enjoys getting lost and taking old school film photos.
