Lauren (she/her) is an experienced consultant, Mum of 2 and musician who brings the best of organisation development, learning and development, and coaching to her work with organisations, teams and individuals.
She’s known for her curiosity, ability to investigate problems systemically, challenge the status quo and codesign people solutions that make a difference. Lauren’s experience working on ‘both sides of the fence’ (so to speak), means that she ‘gets’ the challenges that come with leading organisations and teams. Lauren is a relationship oriented, authentic and inclusive leader with a passion for making the world a better place for future generations.
Outside of work, you’ll find Lauren with her young family constructing buildings and train tracks or soaking up the sun in the outdoors. She has an insatiable appetite for learning, as evidenced by her education, love of personal development and the number of non-fiction books on the go at any one time. She is always brimming with ideas, and as a result juggles an enormous list of creative projects that seems to get longer on the daily!
