Working in the Business
Working on the Business
New Paragraph
Front line leadership has changed. This role was previously viewed as primarily supervisory and tactical; it's now recognised that frontline leaders are instrumental in helping organisations develop their strategic vision and identify opportunities for innovation. This means that frontline leaders must have not only well-developed managerial skils, but also a strategic mindset. Added to this are the challenges of leading in times of unprecedented change, and responding to the demands of a multigenerational workforce.
To equip leaders to step up to these challenges, we first focus on leadership skills; the skills required to lead self, and to lead others. We then move onto the skills required to successfully work in the busines, before development the strategic mindset and skills required to work effectively on the business.
