Technology and the impact of the internet has changed the way we do business forever. Radical advances have increased information access, shifted customer expectations and intensified competition. Ideas once the realm of science fiction – Artificial Intelligence, Quantum computing, Virtual Reality, 3D printing - are now a reality.  Organisations are left with little choice but to fundamentally transform the skillset of their workforce to remain relevant. Learning & Development functions now find themselves at the epicentre of disruption, as organisations place a premium on agile employees capable of collaborating and learning at the speed of change.
